Javeed Mohamed Ameen
Managing Director
Previously Managing Director with Deutsche Bank AG, with 18 years of Service.
Appointed as Regional Chief Operating Officer for Middle East Africa (and Pakistan) with country COO responsibility for Qatar and United Arab Emirates. Javeed held senior country roles in India and Saudi Arabia as well. He established the Private Wealth Business for Deutsche Bank in Mauritius and was also the Chief Country Officer and Head of Banking Mauritius.
Prior to joining Deutsche Bank Javeed worked for the First National Bank (FNB) of South Africa Group, occupied various roles for FNB in South Africa with responsibility for several JSE listed companies. He has transacted and executed services for corporate clients across a host of African countries, including Angola, Kenya, Tanzania, and Namibia. Headed up the Corporate and Electronic Banking Division for FNB in Botswana. Javeed sat on various regional boards, including the Regional Middle East and Africa Executive Committee and South African, Qatar and UAE Executive Committees. He also chaired the Middle East and Africa Regional Governance Committee and was Vice Chair of the Middle East Foundation for Deutsche Bank.
Gaurav Arvind Marwadi
Executive Director of Consultycs
Gaurav started his career in the year 2003 while working as an entry level advisor at Zenta technologies India private limited and he soon moved to Accenture and at Accenture he served as a lead consultant for one of their major projects for over 10 years. Gaurav moved to the banking sector in the year 2015 when he migrated to the UAE. He served in the capacity of a Relationship Manager in corporates & Business with local banks like ADIB, Doha & Noor Bank. it was this sector that made the gap between business & administration and understood how he can play an important role in aligning them together and hence in the year 2020 Gaurav ended his banking career and founded Consultycs, a consulting firm which was dedicated in providing end to end service to its corporate clients, Investors and Entrepreneurs and be their navigator. The company focuses on creating unique structures that are tailor made for its clients and ensures that they do the secondary heavy lifting while the client focuses on its primary objective.
Sonika Bhardwaj
Office Manager
Sonika is a graduate from the University of Delhi with over 15 years of experience in Office Administration & Management. She has been working in the UAE since 2019. She worked with Coinmen Consultants (India) for 7 years. Prior to Coinmen, she worked with organizations like the C. K. Birla Group and Citi Bank Associates. Sonika has expertise in areas like Workplace management, vendor management, people management, and client management.
She plays an important role at Consultycs by managing office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing, and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring client leads. She also leads our data processing team at Consultycs and is responsible for a smooth client experience.
Shwetha Nadgir
